ServSafe® Food Manager Certification
To obtain a Food Safety Manager Certification, individuals must pass an exam accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Raise The Grade, using the ANSI accredited ServSafe® Manager exam, has remote (LiveStream) and in-person course options to prepare you for this exam. The course covers topics such as basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature management, and food allergens. Raise The Grade also offers an online, self-paced solution that comes with an ANSI accredited exam.
