Designed for food service employees who do not require ServSafe® certification, but still need a solid understanding of safe food handling practices. This 3 hour course focuses on Personal Hygiene, Kitchen Infrastructure and Food Safety. Attendees will receive the Raise the Grade Certificate of completion and an end of course knowledge assessment designed to reinforce the understanding of "why" it is important to do the right things, the right way, every time.
