Continued growth in the hospitality and food services industry has brought more restaurants and lodging options to our communities than ever could have been imagined a decade ago. Responding to this growth, Raise-The-Grade® was formed to offer ServSafe® Food Safety Manager classes, ServSafe® Alcohol Service, ServSafe® Food Handler training, food safety auditing services, and HACCP consultation all types of food service operations throughout North Carolina and beyond.
